What is Vitrified Bond?

Vitrified Bond is one of the Grinding Wheel Bond types, with the letter ‘V’to mark. Two kinds of Super-hard Abrasives Vitrified Bond Grinding Wheels

The Vitrified Bond can be combined with two kinds of Super-hard Abrasives –Diamond and CBN to produce Diamond Vitrified Grinding Wheels and CBN Vitrified Grinding Wheels respectively . Compared with the Common Abrasives Grinding Wheels, Super-hard Abrasives Grinding Wheels, with the advantages of high efficiency, environmentally friendly and good surface finish, will have a brighter development prospect.
