When change the Grinding-wheels, firstly we should stop the grinding machine and then change it. And then when we install the new grinding-wheel, we should note to install it good. If there is problem about the installation, the grinding-wheels will have problems and it will lead to safety accident. 

Adjust the suitable grinding pressure. If grinding pressure is too much, it will easy to break the work piece. Besides, we also need to adjust the suitable grinding feed. Some user want to reach to fast grinding efficiency, while be attention, much grinding feed will easy to block the grinding-wheel. If always use much grinding feed, the grinding-wheel will wear out quickly but not reach to good grinding efficiency!

 

At last, we also should keep the workbench clean. The dusty workbench will bring impurity when grinding. It will effect the grinding, such as it will easy to scratch the work piece.
