This Type of CBN resin Bond Grinding-wheels is Special for Corrugated Line. It suits to grind HSS blade for FOSBER machine. Grinding-wheels for FOSBER machine includes three models. It is the one of three models.
2.The requirement on the Machine for Tungsten Carbide Blade
Because HSS Blades are in High Tenacity while T.C. is too Hard, So:
A) The Slitter & Scorer Machine should be Definitely Running Stable!
B) The Axis and the Axis Cover should be Changed if they are over 3 Years; NO OBVIOUS SHAKING DEFINITELY!
C) Knife-Shelves Should be Solided & Nailed Definitely, Grinding-Shelves Must be Strong and Solid.
D) Because HSS Blades are in High Tenacity while T.C. is too Hard, so HSS should be All Right even in relatively Larger Shaking; While T.C. is Hard so it is very Brittle, enough Shaking may have possibilities to broke the Knife, so definitely make sure no shaking during using then!
